Orders, Delivery, & Returns
Most standard, in-stock orders ship within 1 business day and are delivered within 4-7 business days. We offer expedited shipping services for faster delivery.
We ship via UPS. For any questions or concerns regarding our shipping carrier or method, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes, you are welcome to pick up your order from our warehouse during our regular business hours. During checkout, when choosing your shipping method, click the ‘Local Warehouse Pick Up’ option. When your order has been processed and is ready for pick up, you will receive an email notification with directions and the address to our warehouse.
Since our White’s Mercantile storefront and whitesmercantile.com operate as two separate entities, the only option for pick up for an order placed online is our local fulfillment warehouse.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
If you have set up an account with us, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account, selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.
We are happy to ship internationally! Please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com to place your order, as our website is not currently set up to calculate our most competitive international shipping rates. Information on our duties and taxes policy is located here.

We do not accept returns in store for online purchases, as the White’s Mercantile storefront and whitesmercantile.com operate as two separate entities. Online returns and exchanges must be shipped back to our whitesmercantile.com warehouse or dropped off at the warehouse if it was a local pickup order.

We do not require that you set up an account to purchase; however, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

Yes, please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential. At no point will we share it with a third party. We encrypt all credit card information during transmission and storage so that data is secure.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express credit and debit cards, along with White’s Mercantile e-Gift Cards.

White’s Mercantile maintains an office in Tennessee. Our physical presence in the state requires us to collect sales tax on behalf of the state. State laws require sales tax to be collected according to the address where the merchandise is being shipped.

Our brick & mortar storefront and website carry many of the same products, but whitesmercantile.com stocks certain items that the storefront does not carry and vice versa. The storefront and website operate as different entities with separate inventory, so please call or email whitemercantile.com for online product inquiries and the White’s Mercantile storefront for store product inquiries.
